Skincare Heroes!

Hey and welcome back! Skincare has overshadowed makeup and fashion for the last few years because every look starts with good skincare. These four have transformed my skin so I wanted to share it with you.

Rosehip oil– I had heard so much about this oil but I never tried it out until the beginning of the summer. This was a huge game changer for me. I have redness and under the surface bumps that I was never able to get rid of. After using it for a little over a month, I have seen such a difference in the texture of my skin. This is a scentless oil and my skin drinks this product up. I use it at night as the final step in my night routine.

Shea Moisture Indian Hemp & Shea Butter Inflammation Therapy bar– This product was the start of my skin improving massively. My rosy and sensitive cheeks would never react well to any facial cleanser until this facial bar. It has cleared the redness so much and it really gets into my pores to clean out any dirt and makeup without making my skin feel tight. I really have gotten so much from this product because It really makes a nice lather that smells magical with it’s slight hemp and shea butter scent as well as giving it some nutrients and care. I use this every night after I have taken off my makeup. I didn’t picture this product because it’s a soap bar and it’s not very photogenic right now. haha

Water – Everyone and their mother says to drink more water but I’m here to preach the same thing. I drink at least 4 glasses of water and have cut sugary drink substantially. All of which has transformed me from the inside out. I drink a glass as soon as I wake up and keep my water bottle filled to stay hydrated throughout the day. There is a reason why everyone says “Drink water”. I have seen the benefits of it in such a short amount of time.

Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Hydrating Gel Cream– I am going to do a separate and more in-depth post about the products I have been using from Bare Minerals, but I had to mention this product because my skin no longer looks cakey when I use this product. It’s light enough to layer on and feels like I’m wearing little to nothing on my skin.

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Liquid Sunscreen SPF 70 – This is a vital part of good skincare. Before I started using this product, I began to notice little sunspots near my temples and more so on the left side (as this side is exposed to the sun as i drive). My sister told me about this product and believed I would love it that she gifted me my first bottle of this stuff! This sunscreen is so potent yet it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. There is also zero white-cast and it absorbs so quickly leaving my skin feeling protected.

There ya go! Those were four things that have helped my skin. Comment down below with your skincare heroes. Let’s get our skincare strong!

Thanks for reading!
